Delivery of Goods to the auction rooms
the auction rooms can arrange removalists and
packers at the vendor's expense. Their charges will be deducted from the
sale proceeds. Transit insurance can also be arranged.
How much will I get for my goods
If possible, bring your items into our Gallery,
where one of our specialists will assess the potential auction value for
you. An appointment is advisable. Alternatively, photographs may be brought
in or sent with details of the item in question and we will give an auction
estimation based on this information. For auction estimates on a large
number of items or the contents of a house, our auctioneers will visit
you at home. This is a courtesy service, however, when exceptional travel
expenses are incurred, a fee may be charged. You would be informed of
this prior to our visit.

In Home Apraisals
In the case of Estates/Downsizes or House moves we are happy to provide
a complimentary on-site appraisal service.
Our valuer will visit your residence and identify goods of particular
interest and provide pricing and transport estimates.
In the case of estates we recommend early visits prior to cleaning cupboards,
sheds etc as many clients are pleasantly suprised by the value of seemingly
insignificant bric-a-brac etc.
Miscellaneous Services
Additional services provided by the auction
rooms can include gemological testing, framing, restoration and storage.
These services are carried out by agents under instruction from the auction
rooms and are charged at cost. Vendors will be advised prior to additional
charges being incurred.
