The catalogues for our fortnightly Thursday auctions are uploaded by midday the day before. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before bidding. If you have any queries regarding lots you are interested in purchasing please contact us during inspection. We are open for inspection at the following times:
Wednesday prior to auction from midday – 5.00pm Auction Day from 8.00am – 9.00am

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FIRST TIME ONLINE BIDDERS
If you would like to bid online at our auctions you will need to register as an online bidder. Selecting the link above will take you to the page to register or login for Interbid bidding. Normally you need to allow one working day for registration. Registration is a manual process and can only be done during working hours; so if you register the night before the auction you will receive your login details in the morning once the office is staffed. You only need to register once to be able to bid online at all of The Auction Rooms Webcasts.
Please be aware that registrations sent in during the auction may not be processed in time for last minute bids! If you are wanting to bid on something that is coming up shortly in an auction and you’ve only just sent your registration in your most effective way of bidding in time will be to ring us on 8340 8700 and register over the phone and leave an absentee bid.
Do not register under multiple email addresses as we are only able to register you with one bidder number using one email address. We reserve the right to request photo ID before accepting bidders. Unless registering as a GST registered business we require residential addresses on bidding registrations.
Once you have received your login details you will be able to log in and bid.
We recommend pre-logging bids. That can be done anytime after the sale is made live for internet bidding. Simply go to the lot number you’re interested in and log your maximum bid. That way if you get called away at that crucial moment you’re still in the running!
While we have implemented online bidding to make our auctions more accessible to everyone we can’t always guarantee internet connections behave properly. So in the extremely rare event that nationwide carriers should drop out all internet connections please feel free to telephone through your bids.
Buying FAQ’s & Terms & Conditions. All items purchased at auction must be collected by 5.00pm the following Monday. Any items remaining on our premises after this time will incur a late fee.
